Production Supervisor I

OVERVIEW:

The Manufacturing Soft Gel Supervisor I will supervise the work and performance employee in the softgel area within the Santa Ana facility and will ensure the operation remains efficient and is aligned with corporate goals. This person will be responsible for ensuring that work is scheduled and performed in a safety conscious environment and for maintaining productivity standards by staffing work centers appropriately. This position requires problem solving and analytical skills to assist in resolve issues by gathering, understanding pertinent information, and utilizing available resources to implement corrective action in a timely manner. This position will be responsible for protecting and improving capital assets and ensuring compliance with relevant codes (OSHA, FDA, GMP, etc).
