Sales Account Representative/Manager

OVERVIEW:

Robinson Pharma Inc. is seeking for a qualified sales / contract individual to provide sales, marketing, and business development. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy with a goal of creating new contract manufacturing, private labels, store brand, and bring in new customers for RPI.

This position is responsible for of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business under the direction of the sales management Responsibilities include, but not limit to:

  • Work closely and coordination with the CEO/COO/CFO or Sales Management team to develop, establish, direct channel and distribution strategies and programs for both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
  • Establish contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Provide strategic direction on sales & marketing initiatives via customer input & category experience.
  • Coordinate planning, organizing and completion of all sales presentations & customer meetings.
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty via RP’s quality, manufacturing efficiencies, value offerings, innovation, sales & marketing expertise.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years direct experience comparable industries, analyzing and evaluating business opportunities within the health & beauty care category or sales experience pharmaceutical field.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
  • Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Self motivated and Flexible and Responsive to rapidly changing priorities
  • Team player that can integrate input and requirements of diverse group of internal and external sources.
  • Occasionally travel Domestic/International required
